Directions
Mash and/or cut artichokes and mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle bread crumbs and/or parmesan on top. Bake at 350 degrees for between 15 and 20 minutes or until crust is light brown, which can take an extra 10 minutes or so.

- 1-2 Cans of artichoke hearts, drained
- Chopped garlic
