Directions
Cream butter until light in color and texture. Add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time. Add egg yolks (unbeaten). Beat mixture well. Sift flour then measure. Sift with other ingredients. Add and mix thoroughly. Add flavoring. Force dough through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheets, in desired shapes. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes.

- 1/8 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Teaspoon almond extract
- 2½ Cup flour
