Directions
Brown meats, onion, garlic and celery. Add salt, pepper and wine. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients, cover and simmer for 1-1⁄2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

- 1/4 Cup green pepper, chopped, fine
- 1 Large can tomato paste
- 1 Can tomatoes
- 1/2 Teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 Teaspoon basil
