Scalloped Potatoes

Directions

Peel and slice potatoes. Put half the potatoes in a greased 2-quart casserole, cover with half the sliced cheese and half the onion. Repeat layer. Add salt, pepper and milk. Top with bacon and cover casserole with foil.  Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil last 15 minutes. Be sure bacon is cooked and not soggy.
