Directions
Chop ingredients into small pieces and place in colander to drain. Pour some boiling water over vegetables and drain well. Bring water and vinegar to a boil and pour over vegetables. Let stand five minutes and drain. Add vinegar, sugar and salt. Boil 2 minutes. Place in small sterile jars and seal while hot.

- 1 Pint vinegar
- 1 Dozen red peppers (sweet)
- 1 Dozen green peppers (sweet)
- 15 Onions
- 2 Cups sugar
- 3 Tablespoons salt
