Directions
Mash banana in a medium-sized bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Makes enough glaze for four birds. After hens have baked for 30 minutes, turn oven to 350 degrees. Brush glaze on birds every 10 minutes for an additional 30 to 40 minutes.

- 1/4 Cup frozen orange juice, thawed concentrate
- 1/4 Cup dark corn syrup
- 1/8 Teaspoon salt
