Directions

Measure flour by dipping or sifting. With hands, mix 1 cup flour, butter and confectioner’s sugar until smooth. Spread thin with fingers (butter your fingers) into ungreased 8x8x2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Stir rest of ingredients into eggs. (Do not beat eggs.) Stir enough to mix. Spread over top of baked pastry (no need to cool).  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into bars to serve.
