Directions
In a medium sauce pan melt butter and flour to make a roux. Simmer to cook flour. Add milk, salt, pepper and celery salt. When milk begins to thicken, add potatoes and onions, stir and simmer. Serve with cooked bologna ring.
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 onion, diced
Boil in a large pot until potatoes are tender, drain.
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 2 to 3 Cups of milk
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- Salt, pepper and celery salt, to taste
