Directions
Brown ground beef and onion in a large frying pan. Drain fat. Place in a large pot or kettle. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour. Place extra chili in small containers and refrigerate right away.

- 1⁄2 Cup onion, chopped
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons chili powder
- 1-16 oz. Can of tomatoes
- 2-8 oz. Cans of tomato sauce
- 2-15 oz. Cans of kidney beans, drained
