Directions
In a large bowl mix all meat well. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Form into meatballs. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 1½ hours. Baste generously at the beginning and during cooking with the following mixture:
Mix all ingredients together. Baste meatballs frequently with this mixture.
Ingredients
- 2½ Pounds of ground ham
- 1 Pound Italian sausage
- 3 Cups of graham crackers
- 2 Pounds of ground beef
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Cups of milk
- 2 Cans of tomato soup
- 1 Teaspoon mustard
- 2½ Cups of brown sugar
- 3/4 Cup vinegar
