Directions
Boil butter, sugar and milk for 8 minutes over medium heat. After first bubbles appear, turn off heat. Add all chocolate chips and stir until melted. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into large, deep cookie sheet. Cool and cut into small squares. Makes 5 pounds and keeps in freezer for one year.

- 4 Cups walnuts, chopped
- 1½ Jars of marshmallow cream
- 4 Packages of German chocolate
- 1 Package of Hershey's sweet chocolate chips
- 1 Package of Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
