Directions
Mix eggs, salt, and water. Add enough flour to make the dough stiff. Roll dough very thin on a floured surface. Let stand for 20 minutes. Roll up and slice into 1/8- inch pieces. Spread noodles out and let dry for 2 hours. Drop into boiling water or soup for 10 minutes or until tender. Makes 6 cups of cooked noodles.
