Directions
Boil potatoes for 20 minutes. Remove from pan, chill and peel. Boil eggs for 12 -14 minutes. Remove from pan, cool and peel. Mix potatoes, onion, celery and eggs. Add mayos and pickle relish. Salt and pepper to taste.

- 5 Pounds of red potatoes, chopped
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 3 Stalks celery, finely chopped
- 6 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Miracle Whip
- 1/4 Cup pickle relish
- Salt and Pepper to taste
